No one wants to take their car in for service, right? Either something is broken and I’m annoyed it’s broken or it’s routine maintenance but I’d rather be almost anywhere else. Precision makes it easy at best and tolerable at worst. The way some customers act, and what they have to deal with, I’d even give them a 6th star! More
