Poor customer service at best, lack of honesty and transparency, and just all around not helpful. I was repeatedly told correct information, which directly conflicts with what is in my service and mai transparency, and just all around not helpful. I was repeatedly told correct information, which directly conflicts with what is in my service and maintenance contract. I've been a BMW customer for almost 20 years and I've never been treated so poorly. In addition to the lack of transparency and honesty, I experienced homophobic behavior by Sam Hafez. I was then was ignored and not at all acknowledged by Thomas Nguyen. Dellis Montell also repeated ignored my requests for help. Save yourself the headache and find a different dealer, especially if you are a woman or if you are a man who cares at all about how women are treated. Not surprising that the Yelp reviews are terrible. More
