Poor customer service at best, lack of honesty and transparency, and just all around not helpful. I was repeatedly told correct information, which directly conflicts with what is in my service and mai transparency, and just all around not helpful. I've been a BMW customer for almost 20 years and I've never been treated so poorly. In addition to the lack of transparency and honesty, I experienced homophobic behavior by Sam Hafez. I was then was ignored and not at all acknowledged by Thomas Nguyen. Dellis Montell also repeated ignored my requests for help. Save yourself the headache and find a different dealer, especially if you are a woman or if you are a man who cares at all about how women are treated. Not surprising that the Yelp reviews are terrible. More

Thomas has lost his zest for this job. He has been cold every time I’ve gone into the dealership. I turned in a car and leased a new one and the experience was the worst I’ve ever had.
