I have sent messages outlining my concerns and they are ignoring me. There are plenty of things that didn't go as expected and overall the experience has been less than positive. The worst part is their attempt to manipulate by ignoring me. Just makes me want to give them this car back and go buy one somewhere else. More

Everyone at dealership was very nicer and helpful but after getting the new Palisade home I did not like it. Too many gadgets and hard to drive. I wanted to drive itself. I took a big hit trading i after getting the new Palisade home I did not like it. Too many gadgets and hard to drive. I wanted to drive itself. I took a big hit trading in a car with 1000 miles but bought a Honda Pilot and much happier with that car. More

He answered all my questions. The video was very helpful. Told after the oil change was done I needed my tires needed rotation, and took the car back in and rotated the tires.
