There should be at least 3 more stars for Tiffany! She truly is an asset to DCH Honda and has most definitely delivered HAPPINESS FOR ME! She was honestly sympathetic to my situation and put me at ease. T truly is an asset to DCH Honda and has most definitely delivered HAPPINESS FOR ME! She was honestly sympathetic to my situation and put me at ease. Then to add two amazing technicians to the equation (Reginald And Dan), I could not shave asked for more. Awesome crew! I haven’t had good experiences in the past year and a half but this one experience made up for it. This crew is worth their weight in gold. More

We've been going to DCH Kay Honda for years and they never fail to deliver. Ron Marino is our go to guy and has never steered us wrong. Tiffany was absolutely wonderful and my experience here was a 10 out of 10! Typically when bringing my car in for an oil change , etc it takes quite a bit of a time but Tiffany made sure everything got don was a 10 out of 10! Typically when bringing my car in for an oil change , etc it takes quite a bit of a time but Tiffany made sure everything got done in a timely manner and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. not happy at all Called days ahead to schedule an appointment for Saturday. I have a 2019 accord and needed oil change and some issues that i noticed with the car. Lik Called days ahead to schedule an appointment for Saturday. I have a 2019 accord and needed oil change and some issues that i noticed with the car. Like my gears grinding between 2nd and 3rd gear. My clutch needed to be looked at. A rattling noise that i have inside the cabin and driver said seat making loud clicking sound I was greeted by Tiffany and when i mentioned the issues she right away started telling me that we might not be able to do it since they were short on technicians being that it was Saturday. I explained to her and told her that i called and scheduled an appointment, i should have been told before coming that this wont be taken care off not after me driving for an hour to get there. also requested for a tech to test drive my car. She said that they will look at it and let me know. 1 hour latter of my car siting in the lot regardless of the appointment i was still waiting for they to take the car in. Finally after me speaking to the Tiffany again and complained that whats the point of setting up appointments if they will not honor them she got my car in. The tech did the oil change and returned the car. I have the service papers and was told by Tiffany that the tech test drove my car and found no issues with clutch, transmission or drivers seat clicking. the thing that they didn't realize is that i have a dash cam and could see the whole thing. Tech just changed the oil and never test drove my car or looked at the other issues that i mentioned. Not a good way to treat high paying customer, at least dont lie to me. Keep in mind i leased my car from them. More
