Naturally, anybody could tell he was green, but I think he has potential, once he gets past the urge to go “by the book.” Your training is probably too effective and being taken to heart. Seriously, though; it would have been nice if someone, anyone, had known that low profile tires have irregular tension and won’t produce as pleasant a drive as traditional radials. It might have saved me a return trip of nearly two hours each way and long hours of sitting around a COVID laden waiting room. Jacob has been persistent and thorough in making sure I’m satisfied. He gets the blue ribbon. More

Found me the exact car I was looking for I would highly recommend Toyota of Brookfield because of their motivation for customer satisfaction. They helped me find the exact make, model, year, color, etc I was looking for in less than a week. With the corona virus, we were able to do a lot of the searching and paperwork over the phone and email which I was very pleased about. When in store (only once) most of the employees were wearing masks when working with customers for their safety. Car buying is not an easy process, especially during a pandemic, but the Toyota of Brookfield made it very easy off of my end. More
