When I got to the dealership I was told it would be a 2 1/2 three hour wait when in fact, it was only about an hour and 15 minutes. 1/2 three hour wait when in fact, it was only about an hour and 15 minutes. More

My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland Park Ks. The truck was towed to Rob Sight Ford and they worked hard to get it fixed the next day so we could travel back home. This dealership has been extremely easy to work with through the years. The service department is great. They do their best to get your car together n the shop as soon as possible and always work with y through the years. The service department is great.
