After finalizing pricing, Chuck made sure my new car was quickly made available, and took the time to explain all the different controls within my car. Like most sales, it was labor intensive but in the end we got the car we wanted and at a price that was within our budget. Purchasing the extended warrantee at half the price made up for the total sales exp got the car we wanted and at a price that was within our budget. I came back to Bolingbrook and met Freddy again and he remembered me from a previous visit when I had my son with me. I told (Freddy)Marcelino Pantoja what I was looking for and in no time I was signing remembered me from a previous visit when I had my son with me. I told (Freddy)Marcelino Pantoja what I was looking for and in no time I was signing for my new Equinox with the help of Tim Hosek, who explained all my financing options (very knowledgeable). Freddy took me on a tour and introduced me to some of the service department people, who told me if I ever have any questions just call and someone would know the answer, that's good to know. Freddy gave me an outstanding show and tell on the features of my new vehicle and explained all the bells and whistles and the options for Onstar,the Sirius radio.
