When I met Mark Green I knew this was someone I could work with and trust. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of a used Lexus RX 350. No high pressure sales pitch. I was treated as a friend and not merely as a customer. Meeting Tim Karmout was a pleasure and I was honored that he had a few moments to visit with me. I just wanted to express my appreciation to him for making my decision to purchase at Northside Lexus so easy. After the sale, Mark introduced me to folks in the service department and took me on a tour of the facility so that I would feel right at home on my next visit. I am on my 5 or 6th car with Northside Lexus but to be honest I have lost count! If you want exceptional service from customer friendly staff, please visit Northside Lexus! I have NEVER been disappointed… honest I have lost count! If you want exceptional service from customer friendly staff, please visit Northside Lexus! I have NEVER been disappointed….not one time! Everyone in the facility is awesome but my “go to team” is Tyler Stephens and Herb Mills! These men are exceptional and truly make you feel like family! This duo can truly make your dreams come true!! I personally believe they are second to none! If you run into problems or have difficulties, which I doubt; especially dealing with the staff at Northside, you won’t be able to find a better manager to assist than Tim Karmout!! He is the most kind, friendly, transparent, attentive and professional manager I have ever encountered in the car business! I know this sounds too good to be true but visit them and let me know how it works for you!! More
