Went in for my 15K service and also was losing air in one of my tires. Tim made sure the tire got looked at and after finding a screw in it, was repaired properly. The reason I drive over an hour to get service is because of one person, Tim Keehner. I live less then 10 minutes from another toyota dealership and within 30 minutes of several others but I take the trip wi of one person, Tim Keehner. Once in his hands I am confident and at ease that my vehicle is with the best. Tim listens, gives advice and makes me and my wife always feel comfortable. Keehner speaks with a therapeutic voice lol and me and the family are always anxiety free when dealing with Tim. Toyota service is elite( At this location) because of Tim Keehner. He can be the template on how to take care of customers. Tim's middle name has to be Service. I keep coming back and will always refer any and everyone to Atlantic toyota. Thanks Toyota.
