I want there to get my 2014 Buick Encore diagnosed. They told me that the main cause of the problem was my map sensors and that when I get it fixed my check engine light would go out. They told me where to find it and I went to get the part but when I tried to install it, it was the wrong part. They told me the wrong part and I wasted my time to go and get a part that didn’t even fit. Furthermore, I paid around $200 for just the diagnostic alone. Even when I install the map sensor that they told me about. My check engine light did not go out. What was even the point me spending that much money when I got nothing in return. My check engine light is still on and I had to spend around $200 for the car diagnostic plus another $75 a part they told me to get, but wasn’t even the right one. I have wasted my time and money by going to this dealership. More

Service is always good, however the wait time for an oil change the last few times has been well over one hour. This time, it was nearly two hours. For a routine oil change that is done in a morning appoint change the last few times has been well over one hour. This time, it was nearly two hours. My visit was for a LOF and recall work. The service department was great as usual, especially Tim Kubow who went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied.
