Your value is ZERO after signing purchase and sale. I decided to purchase the new RAV4 on Monday 02/15/2016 and added in the leather. I put 7000USD down payment and financed the rest. All the needed d I decided to purchase the new RAV4 on Monday 02/15/2016 and added in the leather. I put 7000USD down payment and financed the rest. All the needed document were done and I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday 2/20. On Wednesday, I didn't hear any update about my car at all, I contacted the dealer and was told that I needed to add this new car to my insurance policy first and then called them back. On Thursday, I called back with the done status on insurance and was told that I had to come back to dealer to resign the leather installed paperwork. I did sign that paperwork when I purchased the car. But later, saleman told me that he would have my car ready on Saturday. On Saturday morning, I left the message for the saleman to let me know when my car would be ready so that I could come and picked up. I haven't head from him until 6PM, then I called him again. This time, I heard from a group of people (different voices) on the back ground said that they wouldn't deliver the car until I signed the paperwork. Later on, my saleman came over and explained to me that Financial guy did make a mistake on my financing. He didn't included the leather option into the cost of the deal. Because of that I needed to come back and re-signed all paperworks. THIS IS THEIR FAULT and they made me following up with them many times to make sure I would take the car on time(Saturday)? They should honestly tell me right away when they found out their mistake rather then They just told me to come back and sing Leather Installed paperwork. So fed up with the way they work post purchase, on Sunday 02/21/2016, I canceled the deal. They said that they would refund my down payment in 2 seperate times, the first one will be 5705USD right away, and the second one is 1295USD when they sold the car (cost of the leather). Until now, 03/29/2016, more than a month, I haven't received any refund amount from this BOCH dealer. The deal was canceled by themselves when they found out their mistake but they didn't tell me. In addition, they didn't canceled the financing from the bank until I received the letter from the bank asking to pay monthly payment 2 weeks later. They cleared it after I contact them. Almost a week ago, I contacted the Boch general manager Tim by phone and told him about my case. One of the sale mangers called me right back and told me that they will refund my money right away. Today 03/29/2016, almost a week passed, there isn't any amount credit back into my credit card. Need some peace, stay away. More

Terrible customer service after sale Bought a 2013 Avalon Limited for $26,000 cash. After purchase noticed vehicle was missing the Navigation manual. Called Boch Toyota more than a dozen Bought a 2013 Avalon Limited for $26,000 cash. After purchase noticed vehicle was missing the Navigation manual. Called Boch Toyota more than a dozen times with and still no manual. They sent me an Entune manual, which is not what I need. They said, well that's what you get. And, believe it or not, they said, "when a 2013 comes in we'll take the Navigation manual out of that one and send it to you". It appears that's how I lost mine. 5 months after purchase, no manual. $2,000 for a useless Navigation , wasted. No recourse. I went all the way to corporate and they basically said, "Oh well". By the way, Mr. Boch doesn't talk to customers. Better service at a lemonade stand. . More

Treats Military Service Members Poorly/Unethically Recently purchased a vehicle from Boch Toyota, we are a military family that moves often and needed a reliable vehicle to cross the country. It began Recently purchased a vehicle from Boch Toyota, we are a military family that moves often and needed a reliable vehicle to cross the country. It began having maintenance issues, we were treated with apathy, called Toyota for support, they created a case, contacted the general manager, nothing has helped. The service technician and supervisor said both confirmed the issue, but when we got our hands on the actual maintenance summary, it said the vehicle was operating under normal conditions. As a future customer of Boch Toyota, would vibrations throughout the gas pedal, floor board all the way to the back seat, console, etc...be normal or acceptable to you and your family? There are two issues, one is the actual problem with the vehicle that they will not fix, while not being able cannot explain what the cause is and have provided us no answers? The other more significant issue is the values, character and ethics of Boch's employee's and management, to a Soldier, not being honest and candid is unacceptable. We have been loyal lifelong Toyota owners, but have tried every avenue to work with the dealership and Toyota, but no luck, we have been on an island with no help from them. Have also exhausted all options. We have had the vehicle for only 2 months and the vibration problem is getting worse, how does normal get worse? There always good that comes from a bad situation, tomorrow we are picking up our new Chevrolet Silverado and are super happy. NO Vibration, smooth as glass, much quieter, better handling, more responsive, more features, less expensive, and most of all honest and sincere people working at the Chevrolet dealership. I am writing this post only so other families can make informed and educated decisions on a major purchase. v/r Disappointed Previous Toyota Owner More

Tried to add $2500 to price of car when signing deal This place is an absolute joke of a company. I test drove a car and everything was fine so i moved forward with purchasing it. When i negotiated a pic This place is an absolute joke of a company. I test drove a car and everything was fine so i moved forward with purchasing it. When i negotiated a pick up time everything seemed fine, went to pick the car up and it "wasn't ready for me" so i had to wait another week to get the car. It wasn't that the car wasn't ready that aggravated me it was the lack of communication, i was told that i would be ready to pick up. And then when signing the paperwork for the car they tried to sneakily add $2500 worth of their "warranty" to the price without telling me about it; clearly hoping id sign the document without looking at the paperwork. Once i finally got the car the fuse box cover was missing. i was told it would be replaced. I drove the car away and the plastic fog light cover fell off on the highway. Its been a month and I'm still waiting for my replacement parts. More

Disappointed I would not recommend Toyota for service inquiries. I was in there for a recall that took almost two months to repair. Unfortunately, when there is a I would not recommend Toyota for service inquiries. I was in there for a recall that took almost two months to repair. Unfortunately, when there is a recall the dealership is responsible for repairing it. Staff was inconsiderate and did not find my time precious. All said and done I got my vehicle back and now they are not covering a bill I was told would be covered. It's disappointing because I planned to buy my new car at Toyota but after this experience it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. More

Worst Car Buying Experience Boch Toyota is undoubtedly the worst and most unprofessional car dealership we have came across (ever…). We purchased a certified used corolla from th Boch Toyota is undoubtedly the worst and most unprofessional car dealership we have came across (ever…). We purchased a certified used corolla from them. Two days after purchasing the car we received a call from them asking us to bring the car back to them because they had the odometer reading wrong in their paperwork. We were told that it will be illegal for us to drive the car and that we cannot drive the car that we legally purchased. Everyone that we talked with in the dealership to have some resolution to this problem was extremely rude and unprofessional. The general manager of the dealership (Tim M) was the worst. They did not provide us the car registration document for more than 20 days and finally we had to report them to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office. This place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business… More

Liars and Cheats Boch Toyota provided the worst customer service I have ever experience. I used the car buying services through USAA (which is an amazing company). Whe Boch Toyota provided the worst customer service I have ever experience. I used the car buying services through USAA (which is an amazing company). When Boch contacted my fiance and I with a possible vehicle, we informed them that the purchase would be made through a Power of Attorney, as I am active duty military stationed overseas. Boch Toyota became very combative once they discovered that we would not be fianancing through Toyota. Additonally, they charged my credit card for $1000 for a deposit on the vehicle. After my fiance, with the Power of Attorney, signed all of the documents and my credit card had been charged, Boch decided that they no longer wanted to honor our deal. They said that my credit card will be refunded, but it still has not been. Additionally, my fiance lost two days of work and I had my credit run all on because this dealer had everything they requested. Long story short, because of Boch, my credit has been run, my fiance has lost 2 days of work, and my credit card has been run. The dealer had signed all of the documents. The deal was finalized and the downpayment had been made. Boch decided that they wouldn't accept a POA on "policy" that they could not produce, after the received their deposit money. DON'T GO HERE. Love my 2014 Corolla Sport I dont live close by to Boch of Norwood -having several Toyota dealerships near me i drove from New Bedford to Norwood because i had bought a new truc I dont live close by to Boch of Norwood -having several Toyota dealerships near me i drove from New Bedford to Norwood because i had bought a new truck in 2001 from them and was very pleased with it and we are still driving it. Upon arriving we were introduced to a salesman named David Demosthene and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and made you feel at ease from the get go. I was undecided if i wanted a Rav4 or another Corolla S --David, took his time explaining being extremely patient with me and i never once felt pressured into buying -- after several hrs. i chose the 2014 Corolla S and am so happy with it.... Boch of Norwood remains my number one chose and i highly recommend speaking with David Demosthene he went above and beyond and Boch should be proud having him on their team. More
