Great people and awesome service. Will Highly Recommend. Let me start by saying new guy Timothy Roberts is a keeper. On Thursday we leased another car from them, we worked with Timothy and his Manager Ryan B Let me start by saying new guy Timothy Roberts is a keeper. On Thursday we leased another car from them, we worked with Timothy and his Manager Ryan Borke to return a leased car and to get a new 2020 Trax. . They were not pushy like typical sales people. We had great experience again, got a great deal too and my wife and I will highly recommend them. I also wanna to thank their Customer Relations Manager Arnold Hernandez and their finance manager for making our recent visit a pleasant one.Thank You all and Good Luck Timothy. You will shine there. Tim was seriously awesome to work with! Totally took the time and answered every question I had and really worked with me in getting into an awesome new Equinox! Had a great experience with Tim Roberts. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted. There was a issue with the vehicles transmission shortly after purchase but it was replaced with no cost to me.
