My Overall experience was pretty amazing & I HATE buying cars.This is the first time I truly felt a car saleman listened to what I wanted and didn't push in a different direction because I am a woman buying cars.This is the first time I truly felt a car saleman listened to what I wanted and didn't push in a different direction because I am a woman. Tino was an amazing car's saleman! I would recommended EVERYONE to go see him! He answered all my questions and if he was unable to answer it he was willing to find the answer for me right way. The whole staff was a true pleasure and I am looking forward to seeing them all again! You can't go wrong with them!!! More

Tino is a very knowledgeable sales associate. Let me start off by saying that Tino saved the day. Tino overheard what was going on and he did not want us to leave Duval Ford with a bad taste. Tino, Jerome and I wanted to say thank you for your attention to detail about our concerns on the 2003 Mercedes Benz E320 and say kudos for showing others how to talk to people and get things done the right way. We love our vehicle and we also want to say thank you for our lunch. We will most definitely keep you in mind if any of our friends want to purchase a vehicle. Thanks from one veteran to another. YEAH!, Thanks to Tino my family has a new vehicle! My wife and children are thrilled. Especially my 17 year old daughter who is learning to drive and didn't like driving our van that I traded in. She's taking drivers ed. this summer and has almost taken over our new car. It was one of those "it was meant to be" moment's. I planned on an oil change that day but knew we needed a newer car down the road, maybe in a year or two. My warranty was over also. Sitting in the waiting area I met a very pleasant,articulate young women named Stefanie who wanted to know if I was interested in an extended warranty or maybe a vehicle. She subsequently introduced me to Tino. Tino was awesome, he made me want to buy a new car. After explaining to him my financial situation and concerns about my van and families needs. He made me feel comfortable that I could afford a new vehicle and the benefits of saving gas. I never felt any pressure. The whole process was smooth and easy. I tried to find reasons why I shouldn't buy the car. Tino listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He went over all the manuals, and how the car systems worked. He even introduced me to the service staff. It was a Blessing! Tino Lebron was Great! I think it's people like him who make Duval Ford # 1 !!! Many Thanks, Bob DeGuzman More

This is a late review. Didn't know about the review program. I have purchased many cars/trucks from Duval Ford due to the outstanding people that work there, especially Antonio Riberio. In Dec of las program. I have purchased many cars/trucks from Duval Ford due to the outstanding people that work there, especially Antonio Riberio. In Dec of last year (2011), I was just looking to see what my next purchase might be in the coming year (2012), since my truck was getting up in miles. Initially had no intention of making a purchase but the deal put together by Antonio and Tino was just to good to pass up. That type of good deals is the reason I have come back to Duval Ford time and time again for the purchase of a new (or used) vehicle. The purchase of my new F-150 was vehicle number 15.
