Toby has been with us for 3 years and started in the valet department before moving into sales. He loves giving customers the Jack Madden Ford care and making sure every experience is a great one. Toby also drives an F-150 and loves it because he is able to tow his boat.

Disappointed The dealership was great but once I purchased my vehicle and began the service there was nothing but chaos. I was turned away for appointments, waited The dealership was great but once I purchased my vehicle and began the service there was nothing but chaos. I was turned away for appointments, waited sometimes up to 4 hrs for simple oil change with an appointment made, left car for the day for a scheduled service and had to called to check in since I never heard from anyone and it was never serviced.....I can only go on about how dissatisfied this service department operates. This service department is truly a disservice to Ford. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere because all you will be here is frustrated. More

Have owned a Ford F-150 for the past twenty years, and will continue to keep buying them from Jack Madden Ford. Rod is completely Low pressure, un-carsalesman like and he really knows the ins and out of t will continue to keep buying them from Jack Madden Ford. Rod is completely Low pressure, un-carsalesman like and he really knows the ins and out of the trucks. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in regards to the new technology in the truck. Love my new F-150 and will continue to get buy and service my vehicles at Jack Maddens More
