I had researched for about 6 months exactly the car I wanted and the price I felt most comfortable paying. They met my price point and we quickly moved from there. The team here communicated extremely well before I arrived, helped me fill out a bunch of the paperwork before I even got there to make the day-of buying quick and painless. Felt really cared for and valued by the whole team. Honestly, probably my best car buying experience to date. More

Our First Subaru Our family was in need of an additional vehicle. Several of our family members owned Subarus, so we decided to visit the dealership in Surprise. My Our family was in need of an additional vehicle. Several of our family members owned Subarus, so we decided to visit the dealership in Surprise. My husband initially met with Mark to test drive an Impreza and learn more about the vehicle and the dealership. We both went back and met with Travis regarding the same vehicle. We were especially impressed that the dealership was family-owned. Mark, Travis, and Todd were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. We purchased the Impreza and are so thankful for the wonderful staff and management!! Couldn't be happier or more pleased! More

First experience with Subaru My wife and I came to Subaru Superstore of Surprise, looking to trade in our '15 Pathfinder for either a 2020 Forester or Outback. We were immediatel My wife and I came to Subaru Superstore of Surprise, looking to trade in our '15 Pathfinder for either a 2020 Forester or Outback. We were immediately greeted by Kyler who showed us both vehicles and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying the Outback the same day and Kyler had us out in less than 4 hours. We received market value for our trade -in without having to negotiate. And even though we came in with approved financing, the dealership got us much better terms. Thank you Kyler and your team for a wonderful experience. More

Mark was amazing. I went in for an oil change and walked out with my dream car. I was wondering the lot and found my red Forester and it was perfect. I had no intent on purchasing a new car; however I wante out with my dream car. I was wondering the lot and found my red Forester and it was perfect. I had no intent on purchasing a new car; however I wanted to live out my dream in my head. We went for a test drive and I felt like I was floating. And before I knew it, I was handed keys to my new car. Travis and Charles have always helped me in the past and Mark was a bonus. Thank you guys so much for making my dream into a reality. No pressure, no gimmicks, and pure honesty. I definitely recommend Subaru Superstore in Surprise for any new car purchase. You won’t regret it. More
