My husband initially met with Mark to test drive an Impreza and learn more about the vehicle and the dealership. We both went back and met with Travis regarding the same vehicle. We were especially impressed that the dealership was family-owned. Mark, Travis, and Todd were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. We purchased the Impreza and are so thankful for the wonderful staff and management!! Couldn't be happier or more pleased! More

Mark was amazing. I went in for an oil change and walked out with my dream car. I was wondering the lot and found my red Forester and it was perfect. I had no intent on purchasing a new car; however I wante out with my dream car. I was wondering the lot and found my red Forester and it was perfect. I had no intent on purchasing a new car; however I wanted to live out my dream in my head. We went for a test drive and I felt like I was floating. And before I knew it, I was handed keys to my new car. Travis and Charles have always helped me in the past and Mark was a bonus. Thank you guys so much for making my dream into a reality. New Impreza When I came into the Subaru dealership I was not expecting to buy one, but Travis made the whole process very easy and straightforward. We figured out where I wanted to be, test drove the car I wanted to see and went over all of the unique characteristics of the car. With the upfront, the backend process was very quick. Travis and the team provided me with time to think about the purchase and do one last comparison to another vehicle on the lot. As we were completing the deal, Travis realized the car I had switched to didn’t have all the features I wanted and he said as such so I could get the car with the features I wanted. Travis did a great job in helping me out. And once I had accepted the dealerships offer, the General Manager came over and introduced himself something that I have never experienced at any other dealership. It became very apparent that this dealership cares about their customers which is unusual today. More

Their excellent car safety and consumer ratings sold us on a Subaru purchase. I appreciate the patience Travis Gudknecht provided as I contemplated this purchase. I knew what vehicle I wanted to buy and Travis helped me get the exact make, model, and color, as well as a fair price for my 2016 Corolla trade.
