I brought our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for multiple repairs, I went over all the issues with the Service Manager {Todd} and the Service Writer {Shaun} I also had multiple videos of the issues acting up repairs, I went over all the issues with the Service Manager {Todd} and the Service Writer {Shaun} I also had multiple videos of the issues acting up. I also gave them a full google document of everything that was wrong and that needed to be done on our Jeep, this was on Jan. 18, 2024 at around 12:30 pm. The next time anyone had spoken to us about our Jeep was on 2/2/2024, then on 2/15/24, and then finally on 2/27/24. Then we went the whole month of March and almost the full month of April until we heard from anyone from service. During this whole time we were getting alerts from our Jeep app about SPEED ALERTS {87 mph on a 45 speed alert}, CURFEW ALERTS [Jeep was out after 6:00pm}, and the BOUNDRY ALERT {saying it was to far from dealership, then on April 23,2024 I got a alert saying there was a THEFT ALERT. So after our Jeep being gone over four months, I was informed today when I finally able to pick it up {went to get it last Wednesday but there was a bunch of damage, ie: Dent under passenger mirror, scratches on drivers and passengers front fender, gas door, dent above gas door}, Scratches still on passenger front fender I'm done... then my service writer informs me that the repair tech only fixed like maybe two things out of the twenty eight that was wrong, even though EVERYONE has seen the videos, and agreed before I dropped it off, that we would be taken serious, about our issues. Absolutely not what anyone should have to deal with when you buy a brand new $58k SUV. I get into the JEEP to leave the gas gauge is buried in the red, and it was a FULL TANK when I dropped it off, but I'm sure whom ever was driving it, definitely knew that it was out of gas, and they just didn't care at that point. I just hope anyone that reads this rating thinks about the service, before making the decision of dropping off your new SUV to be not repaired and gone for months. More

We were greeted by Todd for our oil change & refer us to the clerk & it was great experience. They were attentive & nice employees. Also didn't get her name tall slim female was very nice, offer us a good d the clerk & it was great experience. They were attentive & nice employees. Shaun and all the people in the service department went above and beyond, to make sure everything was perfect. The team always stayed in contact with us, kept us up to date, made sure any questions or conc above and beyond, to make sure everything was perfect. The team always stayed in contact with us, kept us up to date, made sure any questions or concerns were answered, and then did an outstanding job servicing and repairing our vehicle. From the management down, the culture was an inviting, friendly and knowledgeable team. I definitely recommend Lawton CJD for any services to everyone. They were a 10/10! More
