Sun Roof Repair A few weeks ago because of good weather we opened the sun roof on our 2014 Pilot.. When we went to close the sun roof it would not close. We took A few weeks ago because of good weather we opened the sun roof on our 2014 Pilot.. When we went to close the sun roof it would not close. We took the Pilot to Headquarter Honda for repair and got the best service ever. Both Services Advisors Todd McCellan and Nikko Clemons could not be more helpful in solving the problem with the sun roof. I would highly recommend the Headquarter Service department to anyone needing service on there car. More

Todd is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest. I had the radio replaced with a used one. Quick emergency response My wife could not get the car to start, so called Honda Roadside assistance. They were there in less than 10 minutes. They got the car started, and to My wife could not get the car to start, so called Honda Roadside assistance. They were there in less than 10 minutes. They got the car started, and took it to the dealer immediately. they took the car right away, determined the battery needed replacement (Under warranty too!) and was out of there in an hour. Thank you for a quick response to an unexpected problem. More

Excellent Service I take my Honda CRV to be serviced at Honda Headquarter regularly. The service is excellent. I request Todd for my Service Advisor. He is knowledge I take my Honda CRV to be serviced at Honda Headquarter regularly. The service is excellent. I request Todd for my Service Advisor. He is knowledgeable about the mechanics of the vehicle. He is thorough, pleasant to deal with and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied. There have been a few times where my car was needed for several days and I was given a complimentary car rental until my car was repaired. This is an excellent service to ensure I have a vehicle at all times Honda offers a Upgrade trade in program that gave me an excellent deal on a used car with low mileage. John Shelling introduced me this program with no pressure. When I was ready to do business he set me up with George I. who was also pleasant to deal with and no pressure. I highly recommend Honda Headquarter Dealership in Clermont, Fl. More
