This was my first custom ordered truck but my fourth brand new vehicle in the last 7 years. I was impressed with the communication that we received from Ed Morse regarding the status of the scheduled build date, when the truck was built, when the truck was placed on the rail car for transport and the expected arrival time in which the Silverado 2500 HD arrived a week earlier than expected. The service department installed all of my additional accessories and handled several last-minute additions without missing a beat. Everyone in the service department is wonderful to work with. When I have questions, Robbie Wittmer and his team have the knowledge and expertise to remedy any issue at hand. The body shop did a great job rust proofing and undercoating my truck. The detailing department did a wonderful job getting the truck show room ready for delivery. One thing that really stood out for me is the teamwork. Whenever I had a question, other salesman didn't hesitate to work together to answer my questions or point me in the right direction. I'm already looking forward to my next custom-built truck so let's see what the new 2026 Silverado has in store for us. More
