Our dealings with Tom Aresenian from the finance dept were also excellent, and didn't involve high pressure sales tactics; as we have experienced at some other dealerships in the past. I recently purchased a pre-owned Porsche Macan and did it in a very reasonable time with virtually no glitches . . . or curveballs! Tom Arsenian in finance was also helpful - did not try to oversell or confuse me (that can happen in other dealerships) and what has turned into be an aggravating and terrifying was seamless and helpful. This is NOT my first dealing with Herb Chambers. My first was at Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington MA. That was a great experience many years ago. I still have that Audi TT and still love it. This experience was a used Porshe that went smooth with no surprises. Helpful, respectful, on time and overall a great deal on a great vehicle . . . I am absolutely loving the car! More

i’ve bought a several cars from this dealer and not as happy as my first few times ! things have changed .I think they can do better in customer service and dealing with customers .
