My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
I dealt with Sam Martin on 2 trips to the Dealership. The first trip, I was short on time, but wanted to take a test-drive in a Honda Civic. Sam was happy to let me do so. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and it's features. I returned to the dealership 1 week later to purchase a Honda Civic from Sam Martin. Again, he was friendly and knowlegeable. Sam was not a high-pressure salesman, which I appreciated very much. I had a trade-in vehicle toward the purchase. He was able to show me exactly how much I was getting for my trade. Tom Barr handled our financing. He was friendly, efficient and knowlegeable. The entire process was stress-free.

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
This was our second purchase from this dealership. We had such a good experience the first time, we went all the way from Chicago to St. Louis to buy our second car. We just trusted them to deal with us fairly. Sam Martin was very responsive and friendly over the phone as we worked out a deal long-distance. Then, because he would not be in the day I could come in, he arranged for his colleague, Rick Murphy, to help me out. Rick was wonderfully friendly and very well organized. It was nice to see salespeople work as a team instead of being too competitive. Tom Barr, the business person, was very friendly as well. I was amazed that he could carry on a pleasant conversation while working his way through the pile of forms. Even though I was there for a while, it really didn't seem like time was dragging by slowly. During the closing process, Tom calleed in his colleague to confirm some items. I was just really impressed by how the group worked as a team to work through the sale.

I had a great experience at St. Louis Honda when purchasing my CRV. I was referred to Mike Banaskavich who was very pleasant to deal with. Buying a car isn't typically the best experience, but Mike made it painless. Very friendly and not pushy as was Tom, the finance manager. The staff was also very friendly. The car and paperwork was ready as soon as I arrived so we didn't have to wait at all. It was nice that Mike took the time to go over the features of my new car. Mike was also very patient - it took us about 5 months to finally make a decision! I would definitely recommend Mike for anyone looking to purchase!

After visiting some dealerships that provided the usual pushy sales tactics, I am grateful to have found St. Louis Honda. Rick Brennan in Sales was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding me the right car. The experience was a smooth and pleasant one, and he found me a great car for a fair price. I have had the car for just over one month and love it! Tom Barr in Finance was also friendly and professional. He helped get me a great rate and walked me through the financing process with ease. I have never had a pleasant experience with car financing until St. Louis Honda! Thank you, Rick and Tom! I really feel good about my purchase and about the way I was treated by the employees at St. Louis Honda. I would highly recommend St. Louis Honda and Rick and Tom.

I purchased a 2003 Honda Odyssey from Mungenast Honda. My salesman ,Mark Wichman was great ,no games,no beating around the bush, just told him what I wanted and we made a deal.Tom Barr took care of my financing and warranty plan and I drove my new van home. I just had a service issue and Curt Yettke the service manager took care of everything for me. Thanks to Brian Johnson in service also . This van is my very first foriegn car. and I was a little aprehensive to say the least. I will tell family and friends of my buying experience at Dave Mungenast St.Louis Honda and I will also return for my next purchase be it used or new.Thanks so much to the whole team!! Let me just start by saying, that I am GRATEFUL for Kurt and Tom both assisting me. Kurt was very honest, patient and caring for our needs. He understood our budget and worked with us without pushing us into something we would regret purchsing.

Tom as very CONSIDERATE with our financial obligations and instead of throwing us with an extremely high pecertage, he took an extra step and found one 9% lower. THANKS!

We will always come back to get our cars, especially if you keep these two employed with you or at least two with the same determination and support!

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that Elmer Watson (my Sales Person) and Tom Barr (Financial Manager) have gone above and beyond the call to insure I have been satisfied and happy with the purchase of my 2010 Honda Fit. They have continued to assist me not only with regard to any questions that I have about it but also in coordinating various additions like paint protection and undercoating that will protect the vehicle for years to come. I am so pleased with the help and service they have provided.

I have to say that I have never had this type of an experience before at any car dealership and believe me I have been to a lot throughout the years. I was treated with the utmost respect. I did not expect this after searching for a car and getting very discouraged along the way in a large part because of the way I was treated (not to mention some of the prices)! Every question I asked was answered and I was not made to feel rushed or pushed in any way.
I was also given a great price on the car which made the whole experience even better.
I do not hesitate to say please go to them when looking for a new or used car. You will not be sorry and it will be a wonderful experience!!

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
This is the second preowned vehicle we bought from Elmer since mid January! After we had such great service from Elmer for our middle son's car, we decided to go ahead and see what was available for our youngest son, who is 17. We contacted Elmer, who still had our contact information, to let him know what our interest was this time. Elmer was so prompt in contacting us whenever something of interest became available. We did decide on the 2006 Civic...our experience with Honda's has been so good we wanted to stay with the brand. It was such a huge convenience having Elmer keep his eyes open for us! Otherwise, we would be running from dealer to dealer to see what was out there at that time. This way, our confidence in Elmer and the Honda brand made this purchase very easy and it seems he did all the pre-work for us!! We truly appreciated that! I have already recommended both Elmer and the St. Louis Honda dealer to some friends who have kids the same age....and need cars!
