The owner We were not happy about the sloppy service ...trunk went in for few recalls fulfillment but ended up one of the issue: can’t open the door from insid We were not happy about the sloppy service ...trunk went in for few recalls fulfillment but ended up one of the issue: can’t open the door from inside. Didn’t realized until we used the car few days later n it’s in the weekend ( is the passenger side door) then my husband found out there a wire didn’t hook up to the door handle. 2 yrs ago the Lincoln went in for car inspection ended up with few returned to the service within couple days for other new problems. The worse one was to replaced the door handle, you guys claimed a big job charged us a fortune then damaged the interior of the door then one yr later there a problem with it. If we didn’t have it fixed we won’t know what u did to the door. Be honest with u we somewhat lost the confident in ur service department. More
