I let him know what I was looking for and he was perfect throughout the whole process. It was my first car I had purchased on my own and the experience couldn't have gone better. Tom D'Alessandro was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. Most importantly they never lie to you on the phone to lure you into coming in. It was just easy to deal with them. Everything was wonderful and I am thrilled with my new car! Tom was friendly and informative. I met him when I was having my old Subaru serviced and was impressed with his knowledge of the new cars and car! Tom was friendly and informative. I met him when I was having my old Subaru serviced and was impressed with his knowledge of the new cars and his likeable personality so I called him when I was ready for my new car. Mike was great too and made the sale process easy. This is my second Subaru with this dealership in 5 years and everyone has been wonderful including the service department.
