Employees are cordial and providing a shuttle service is essential for me. I may purchase my next vehicle from Shottenkirk, but I will not buy the additional service agreement since it has not been helpful essential for me. I had a simple problem that Walker and then Tom helped me with. The issue was explained clearly. I learned how to avoid allowing the same problem to occur.
