We made an appointment and were greeted by Cynthia outside the Pacifico Dealership and then were introduced to Craig Starn who steared us patiently through the sales procedure and our very fair Honda trade in. Craig and Cynthia, working together made it a comfortable event. Craig explained everything about the car and checked with us a couple of days later also setting the time.for our first free oil change.
