It describes exactly the issues I was having with that particular hybrid CRV. It may behoove the dealership to not resell that car, in the interest of good customer care as it clearly has an issue. I was fortunate enough to work with Gage Smith on the purchase of my Honda. Often times, consumers walk into a dealership with preconceived notions about car salespeople, but Gage was clearly of a diffe purchase of my Honda. Often times, consumers walk into a dealership with preconceived notions about car salespeople, but Gage was clearly of a different caliber - he exuded a very calm, pleasant, and open demeanor. And, over the course of our interaction, it was apparent that he also operates with honesty, integrity, and is focused on doing the right thing. Very personable, very likeable, very engaging, of good character. I have no concerns with recommending family and friends to Gage. Trustworthy. Gage got me out the door with a very respectable offer - one that was better than I anticipated, which also included a very fair deal for my trade-in. My overall experience with Manly Honda was overwhelmingly positive. 10/10! More

I was disappointed when I didn't hear back that the part I needed for my repair hadn't even arrived. I was expecting to get my car in the afternoon, and I had to call myself to ask for an update to find out I needed for my repair hadn't even arrived. I also was disappointed that I had to pay $10 for an uber instead of use a complimentary shuttle like at other Hondas. But I was able to connect with the Manly team and they resolved the issue. I have purchased two cars from Manly Honda and each time was a seamless experience. Scott was very personable and knowledgeable from beginning to the end of the process. Rude salesman! This Manly Honda dealership sold me a used Tesla without providing sufficient mileage to drive home despite the fact that I told Mr. Gage Smith the This Manly Honda dealership sold me a used Tesla without providing sufficient mileage to drive home despite the fact that I told Mr. Gage Smith the driving distance from Elk Grove the day before the appointment. It took me nearly 6 hours at the dealership mostly waiting for the car to be charged. I needed to leave at the end of the day despite questionable mileage sufficient to drive home. Accidentally I kept the charging adapter by the dealership (about $16-$20 on Amazon). Without this adapter, I would be stranded if the car doesn’t have enough charge for me to drive home. I cannot use Tesla charging station due to the fact that it needs a few days to register a new car. While driving home, Mr. Smith phoned me twice which I could not answer since I don’t have a car phone holder. He then texted me a “rude/nasty message “ inquiring about the adapter. Without even asking if I was able to get home safely. Obviously this salesman does not care about his customer’s safety and put a $16 adapter as his top priority, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update: Manly Honda management contacted me providing apology the next day. Given the effort and the willingness to improve the service. I award this dealership a new positive rating. More
