I was born and raised in Crowley, LA and I am currently the Service Manager for Hampton and have been since October of 2013. Every day I look forward to working with our customers and handling any of their service needs. I love working with our team at Hampton because that is exactly what we are, a Team. In my spare time, I spend time with my son Jeremy who is 35 years old along with spoiling my grandchildren. My hobbies are fishing, playing the guitar, and cooking.

On June 30, 2022, I purchased a vehicle from Hampton Toyota. When I initially contacted Hampton about purchasing a vehicle, they were very responsive. Blake Hebert, the salesman, was professional and fr Toyota. When I initially contacted Hampton about purchasing a vehicle, they were very responsive. Blake Hebert, the salesman, was professional and friendly. After they got my signature on the paperwork, they refused to talk to me or return my calls when I had questions and needed help. Blake being a salesman unfortunately cannot help with the issues I am having. When I ask to speak to a manager, they say they do not have one. After having my car for two weeks, I got caught in a rainstorm and rain started pouring into the car from the windshield. When speaking to someone in the service department about it, I simply got this response “Well you bought a used car”. They make you sign all this paperwork that protects them, but what protects me from issues like this that they do not disclose to you when purchasing the vehicle. I do not believe that with all the rain we were getting while this car sat on their lot that they did not notice wet carpet and the mat filling up with water because this is what I experienced that first day I got caught in the rain. I cannot believe that Hampton Toyota would treat a customer, who just spent thousands of dollars at their business, like this. Now I cannot take my car out in the rain which we have been getting a lot of lately. Just imagine being at work and having to find an awning to move your car under or having to leave work early because the inside of your car is getting wet or your husband having to come swap out the car for the truck. It has been very frustrating and on top of that no one at Hampton will talk to us about this. I believe they changed the windshield because our salesman commented that they will change windshields when there is a crack in them. The windshield looks brand new. The Carfax did not show that the previous owners changed the windshield, but I know it was changed from talking to someone at Louisiana Auto Collision who told us that it is not a factory windshield. Hampton Toyota does not care about their customers once they get your signature. They just want your money. Don’t try to go over there to handle an issue either because they will call the police on you. This happened to us after only being there about five minutes and trying to resolve an issue with them that stemmed again from them refusing to talk to us over the phone. Voices were raised on both sides, so we asked to speak in a private room, but they refused to even talk about the issues. All I want is for Hampton Toyota to fix the issue with the windshield that was not done right by them to begin with or pay to have it fixed. More

It was horrible!! I had went 3 previous time sbecause they said it was ready and they didn’t do xxxx. But scratched my dash board so they said they would fix it. Instead of putting a new dash board they SPRAY PAINTED MY DASH to try to cover the scratches. I have over spray all over inside my truck and they will not give me a rental. Because the truck is safe to drive which I understand that but I didn’t bring my truck in the shop spray painted. I have enough I have no help from no one. I had called them back serval times either that person wasn’t in the office and with a customer. I called them and told them I was someone else they connected me right away. They want to get mad at me but i didn’t spray paint it they did and they think it’s okay to did that to someone’s vehicle. In the sevice department they are rude. My truck will be in the shop for another 2 weeks for sure unless it’s fixed before. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES OVER HERE!!!! More
