I was looking for a new car but was unsure exactly what i wanted. i stopped at north end to check out some mazda3's and was greeted by mark, who was very knowledgeable about the different models and was not wanted. i stopped at north end to check out some mazda3's and was greeted by mark, who was very knowledgeable about the different models and was not pushy at all about trying to get me into a certain model or even into a mazda at all. over the next few days we kept in touch through email (which is much more accessible to me than phone calls) and he answered every question i could think of. at no point did he make me feel like i was pestering him. before i even gave them any of my information i asked what kind of payments i was looking at, and in the end they stuck to exactly that quote, which was very reasonable. i am very happy with my new car and was very happy with the service i got at northend mazda and especially from mark. i will absolutely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone i hear talking about getting a new vehicle. so far i have met/dealt with Mark as a salesman, Tom for financing and Roger in service and all of them have been outstanding. More

We have been in the market to trade in our 2006 Nissan Titan for the past 3 months. We went to 4 different dealerships and all the same results we would owe more in the long run. Coming back with a different figure than the last and saying they forgot this or that was not in the price. One day I was at North End Mazda having the oil changed on my 2009 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and was told a former sales consultant was back with North End. Tony was back and I went to see if he remembered me. Before I got to his desk he shoot out of his chair to greet me remembering who I was and what my name was too. This was amazing since the last time I saw Tony was back in 10/08 when I bought my Mazda from him. Tony and North End treated me and my wife so nice the last time I had to give him and North End a shoot. I could not believe the exceptional great service we received this time. Tony's boss Jesse was so professional. He too remember me and both ensured me that I would not be wasting my time dealing with them. They looked at the Nissan and gave me a figure that was great. They gave me a list of used cars that were in the price range we were looking for. Its not like other dealerships having you walk the lot seeing a car you like but can't REALLY AFFORD but your mind is already set on that car. Tony is so friendly with so much energy and hard working you can see he really loves what he does. To make a long story short after 2 visits (due to time on the first visit) Tony found us a great used car that is not a Mazda he found us a 2007 Honda Civic with everything on our wishlist (price too). Tom Liddle was great on his day-off he came in to finalize the purchase for us. Tony worked real how to make sure we were happy with our purchase even if we did not purchase another Mazda. More

North End Mazda in Lunenburg, MA has the absolute best customer service. Every staff member there is very friendly and is always there to help you out. I bought a 2004 mazda RX-8 a couple of months ago. J customer service. Every staff member there is very friendly and is always there to help you out. I bought a 2004 mazda RX-8 a couple of months ago. Jason was the salesperson who sold me the car. He was very helpful. He answered all the questions I had. I then met with Tom to do all the final paperwork. Tom was very helpful as well. He explained everything in detail. Unfortunately, after only owning the RX-8 for a little over a month, I hit a deer and the car is totaled. I called North End Mazda and told them what happened and they were there for me and helped me out. The service department manager Roger was very helpful and friendly when I needed a loaner vehicle. I ended up finding another mazda, a 2003 mazda 6 on the colonial website, and Jason was able to get it shipped up to North End Mazda, where i purchased the RX-8. I went down there and Jason and Tom helped me fill out the paperwork for the mazda 6. North End Mazda is by far the best dealership around. They went out of their way just to help me. Jason was so helpful that he actually spoke with my insurance company and was able to get me more money for my totaled vehicle! If you want the best customer service, the friendliest staff, and the lowest priced vehicles, go to North End Mazda! More

I had a great experience at Northend Mazda. Jason was my salesman and was extremely easy to work with. He answered all my questions and was never pushy. Once we agreed on a price for the car, Jason handed me over to Tom who handled all the paperwork. Like Jason, Tom was very friendly and helpful. We agreed on a date/time to take delivery and when I got to Northend everything was ready for me to sign. Jason did a great job going through and explaining everything I needed to know about the car and I was on my way in about an hour. This is the second vehicle I have purchased and I expect to purchase my 3rd from Northend when the time comes. This customer is highly satisfied and would recommend Northend to anyone. More

Id been shopping for a car at a number of other dealerships and wasnt treated very well. Salespeople trying to gather info about me without ever asking me what I wanted. Trying to steer me towards what they needed to sell, iregardless of what I was looking for. NO ONE was listening! I walked into Northend after perusing the lot. Id also looked at your website and found two models I was interested in that fit my budget. I had done my homework and really wanted some straight answers. Ray Jerewicz was there and available and was awesome. He knew his stuff. Answered all my questions about the models I was looking at. He let me try them out immediately. He took time to LISTEN to me. Then came Jesse, The Sales Mgr. He and I bantered back and for and he MADE THE DEAL WORK. Finally, I met with Tom Liddle to cover financing, warranties and mirror coating. He was superb in explaining everything and in selling me additional products that I might need. All in all the experience was EXCELLANT. I am recommonding this dealiership to all my friends and family. They were GREAT! Oh and Im a repeat customer. Its nice to see Tom Liddle is still with you after 20 or so years. Bodes well for your company. Kudos to you for keeping that man on. He is easy to talk with, precise, and knowledgeable. A great value to Mazda.
