The entire staff was great. Tom, his Sales Manager, and the finance department were all top notch. Customer service is a dying art. These folks are masters at it. Tom went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and was more than willing to help me with the value of my trade-in. I know Tom went out of his way to make sure I got the Molten Orange Rapto wanted and was more than willing to help me with the value of my trade-in. I know Tom went out of his way to make sure I got the Molten Orange Raptor I was looking for, but still let me take the white one around to block just to make sure I liked everything about the truck. And he made sure the truck was perfect when I drove off in it. More

I just bought a new 2010 Ford Escape for my 16 year old daughter(first car) after researching Cars.com and working through 5 different Ford dealerships. I came across Tom (over the phone)as part of that r daughter(first car) after researching Cars.com and working through 5 different Ford dealerships. I came across Tom (over the phone)as part of that research. Tom Martin was the most helpful and knowlegable of everyone I had spoken to and was the most consistent in his efforts to sell me a car at the price I wanted to pay. I had previously found and test drove the car I wanted for my daughter at another dealership in Frisco. The sales person there was less responsive and signifcantly less interested in working with me on pricing. Tom somehow was able to get the car from the other Ford dealership (unafilliated with Sam Pack's Ford) and sold me the car at the price we had agreed upon. This was all done in a two day period from the first time I made contact with him. It was just an overall awesome experience. I did not even meet Tom in person until I arrived at his dealership in Lewisville to complete the paper work on the car. It was even more impressive to have finally met him in person. His honesty and professionalism and the manner in which he handled my business was a refreshing experience and one that neither my wife or I will ever forget. He has garnered a customer for life on any Ford branded car I ever buy. More

I am an Internet sales guru. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. With help from his "you're as important to me as my own grandchildren" general manager, Tony, my expectations were met with pleasure. I will send everyone I know to see my new friend, Tom. He's so likeable and hard working, he could earn the business of any hard core sceptic, but mostly he's the kind of person you would call a "great guy". I also spent 10 minutes watching the service department check in 6 vehicles, greeting customers by name and checking batteries and tires and all sorts of things. I will definitly bring my car here for its service needs. This place Rocks! The only way that they can improve is this: Don't mess with perfection! More

Tom always made sure that I was taken care of and that any questions I had were promptly answered. No games type person which made it easier to eventually decide on what kind of truck I wanted. Tom goes the extra mile to me because he was able to work around my schedule even if it meant setting up point of contacts if he was away from the office instead of telling me to call back days later. I saw that the dealership itself is a reason to go, but I also mention Tom as well when showing off my truck and suggesting to others when they're thinking of buying. More

Tom did a great for me in purchasing a car for my son. He was very patient in answering all of our questions (including doing some additional research on very detailed questions which my son had). He realized we had done extensive research and once we were settled on the vehicle we wished to purchased, worked very hard to meet our budget. He presented the incentives available to us and worked to ensure the financing worked for us. I took delivery the next day, and after walking me through the various features and how key aspects of the car worked, I drove it home. A very smooth, efficient and friendly buying experience. I would most certainly recommend Tom to anyone wishing to purchase a new Ford vehicle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. More

Finally found an upfront salesman that did not play any games. Very professional and all around enjoyable person to be around. I really like how he used email more than the phone. Using email allows me time to answer when I can and no pressure like over the phone. I can pretty much say Tom is the future of car salesmen. I told several of my friends/family about him and they will be working with him in the future. I already have one person working with him and they made a comment that they liked how Tom is hands off (no pressure) and just answering questions for now. By taking his time with the deal my brother feels more relaxed and open to buying a new truck. Where ever Tom is at that will be the place where I purchase my next car. More

My husband and I dealt with Tom Martin when we bought our Expedition. This was in February of 2010. Most sales people will have nothing to do with you once you buy the car, but not Tom.
