5 Star until last service visit. Missing lug nut from previous rotation, disingenuous service manager Dave Finco, told 2 different stories about tire damage, and incredibly disappo Missing lug nut from previous rotation, disingenuous service manager Dave Finco, told 2 different stories about tire damage, and incredibly disappointing service visit. To top it off I was so upset I stopped in the next day to tell my story to office manager David and was told he'd look into it and get back to me It's Feb 5 and I've heard nothing. Every one has a bad day or deserves a mulligan, but this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially on the part of Dave Finco service manager. Beyond disappointing. More
