My experience at Valley Honda From the very beginning of my visit I was greeted with a smile. The receptionist ask the reason for my visit, I told her I wanted to look at a new Ho From the very beginning of my visit I was greeted with a smile. The receptionist ask the reason for my visit, I told her I wanted to look at a new Honda, she sent Tom Propersi over to me and stated I was in good hands.. She was right. Tom was awesome, he walked me though the whole car buying process, he took he time to explain all the things I did not understand and was helpful in helping me make the right choice, and did not push me in any kind of way. When I made my choice Tom gave my paper work to Kevin frank, he to was awesome in getting me approved. Now the final step was with James Kirpanos, he was great to work with. Now I HAVE A BRAND NEW HONDA ACCORD and I LOVE IT. Thanks to everyone at Valley Honda for making it happen.. I for got to mention the dealership was very clean. So if anyone every visit Valley Honda please ask to work with Tom Propersi, he will do he very best to get you in a new car. More

The specials they had in their advertisements were enough to bring us in for a look.Once there, we were greeted by Tom Propersi who worked with us and gave us the information we needed to make the decision to lease both cars, a Fit and a Civic. It was a long day, we started at around 1:00 pm and ended around 7:00 pm, Tom was the best personal assistant in any type of sale we have ever had. He was very patient and very knowledgeable on both cars. While there we were so hungry he even brought us pizza from the sales floor. We felt very bad at taking all his time on a Saturday but he was wonderful to work with. We even got to meet the owner Bob Navarre. I have never been in such a beautiful, large more efficient running dealership than this one. Run with smooth excellence, even fresh flowers in the ladies room. In our 38 yrs of marriage we have bought many many many new cars and this was over and above the best experience. We HIGHLY suggest asking for Tom Propersi. I have never liked dealing with the purchase of vehicles and generally loathe meetings with salespeople of any sort. From the moment we walked into the dealership to a couple days afterwards, my brother and and generally loathe meetings with salespeople of any sort. From the moment we walked into the dealership to a couple days afterwards, my brother and I have both been ranting about how this was probably one of the coolest places we've ever visited. Nice show room and very professionally laid out. People were dressed up and very business like. But I'm a goofy young man and I don't always care for all the show and class. When the staff spoke with us, I didn't feel like I was talking to professionals only concerned with keeping a corporate mandated image. I felt like I was chatting with locals at a neighborhood hang out. Everyone, young and old, had this sense of wanting to do business, but at no point in time making it feel like we had to purchase anything. In fact, details that would easily make me walk away from some deals were not only expressed, but assured to me that they were looked at and there was nothing major to be worried about. I drove away with a pretty awesome car and if I ever have to go back to this place, my biggest fear is that I'll end buying another one, haha. You guys have a beautiful facility and it's such a good vibe being around everyone that works at the place. Even the techs in the back gathered around a little bit to talk about how nice the car was and you can tell these people really liked doing what they do. It was very comfortable and good to know that your vehicles are in good hands. Working with Allan through both phone and email messages was a breeze. He made mention of being either new to the job or new to the dealership, but my impression is that he's the only type of salesperson I would ever want to deal with. He had not just great knowledge about the car, but was real laid back and calm about the whole purchase, while keeping the mindset of making a quality sale. He's a great guy from my interaction and I would strongly recommend anyone to come check this place out. Keep up the great work. More
