Subaru Of Jacksonville is a fantastic dealership. Today I took my car in for service. Danny Kane Junior was my service advisor. Danny is a very professional, friendly, and trustworthy advisor. He kept me advised of the progress on the service that was being done to my car. my car was ready earlier than I expected. The job was done to perfection, and I appreciate the effort of Danny and the people who service the car in the garage. Subaru Of Jacksonville is a great place to do business. It really is a family feeling business as opposed to a corporate feel. I have bought seven cars it’s Subaru Of Jacksonville and I’m sure there are more cars from Subaru in in our future . More

Always nice people to deal with in service. All the young gentlemen are always so polite and courteous. I always ask for Mike Needham because of his extensive knowledge in vehicles. I watched him take care of 2 different customers this morning who seemed upset with an issue with their vehicles. I purchased my 2023 Subaru BRZ from Kyle @ Subaru of Jacksonville in August, 2022. Quick and easy transaction, pleasure to deal with. Very respectful and helpful with all questions. Definitely going to be working with Kyle more often moving forward for all future Subaru purchases! I have been coming to SoJax since 2009 with my original 2007 STI for maintenance and parts. I've since purchased a 2018 STI, 2020 Outback XT and the 2023 BRZ through Subaru of Jacksonville, and it's a delight every time. Over the years I've worked with quite a few people and it's always been a blast, despite the circumstances. They've always gone above and beyond my expectations, and are very understanding of the Subaru lifestyle. From the off-road side to the modification scene and everything in-between. Always recommended, you won't be disappointed here. More

When we had a fast leak in our rear tire driving from New Jersey down to Florida, Jacksonville Subaru took us in right away, diagnosed the nail in the sidewall of the tire, put two new back tires on lickety- Jersey down to Florida, Jacksonville Subaru took us in right away, diagnosed the nail in the sidewall of the tire, put two new back tires on lickety-split, and got us on our way in an hour and 15 minutes. You guys rock! More
