The dealer was very accommodating, providing me a loaner that was similar to the make and model and age of the vehicle I brought in for service. They followed up with me after the service was complete to h that was similar to the make and model and age of the vehicle I brought in for service. They followed up with me after the service was complete to help me understand why the problem occurred and what had been done to fix it. I provided 4's rather than 5's to two questions, and that was based on the fact that while they had my car in the shop for a longer than usual period of time, while they waited for Infiniti to provide parts to resolve my issue, it would have been nice to have received an email or phone call once a week to let me know the status. Overall, though, given the situation, my experience with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was very good. More

This is my first infiniti jx35 service which i bought from the same dealership. The service took only an hour from the time i dropped the car and picked it up. The service was to do oil change with other from the same dealership. The service took only an hour from the time i dropped the car and picked it up. The service was to do oil change with other inspections recommended by the dealer. Tony was truly proffessional and very friendly and helpful. This dealership has a great website that allows to book your service appointments online beforehand. I would highly rate this dealership for both sales and services. The dealership facility is also one of the best with all ameneties for customers to relax while their service is being done. Im glad i chose this dealership to buy the car and also do the services. Thanks Tony and team for great service. More

After having an incredible sales experience, I had my first opportunity with the service team at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Well, the experience was just as incredible. This is the BEST service departm first opportunity with the service team at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Well, the experience was just as incredible. This is the BEST service department I have encountered in over 30 years. Lexus, BMW, Jaguar, Cadillac have nothing over this dealership. This is how everyone should be treated. More

This dealership is not close to my home but I come here whenever I am going to be nearby and need service. Their staff is very helpful and I am greeted immediately upon entering the service area. They alwa whenever I am going to be nearby and need service. Their staff is very helpful and I am greeted immediately upon entering the service area. They always get to work quickly and allow me to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time when I am waiting. The price is always fair and the workmanship what I would expect. The waiting area is the best I have seen at any of the Infiniti dealers in the area. It is comfortable, convenient, and there are snacks and beverages available to help make the wait more pleasant. Anybody anywhere nearby should try them out like I did and they will probably go back again, just like me. More
