Everyone was nice and helpful from the girl on the phone when I made my appointment to when I actually brought the car in. The only problem I had was the timing of the work being done. I brought the car when I made my appointment to when I actually brought the car in. The only problem I had was the timing of the work being done. I brought the car in on Friday for a Saturday appointment, because I had use of another car for the weekend. I never received a call Saturday, so I called late afternoon and no work had been done. This delayed my pick-up until Monday, so I had to take an extra trip back to the suburbs from Chicago. More

SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE makes them a top notch dealership. Everyone on the staff from reception to upper management treats you with respect and sincerity. There is never an indication they want to up-sell - it seems to me that their motto is "We profit thru honesty which builds customer loyalty" Very, very personalized approach to servicing the customer and accommodating your specific needs. Far and away better than dealing with the last two Audi service departments, I dealt with in the past. More

I had a problem with the seat for the co-driver. I contacted the initial person Joe Calabrese seeking the help, he forwarded the email to Tony Bonifazi. He kindly ordered the seat and let me know when it is ready. I went there to change the seat and do the first oil change (they did that for free) last Wed. The service is great, and the people also helped me to remove some trace on the surface, I cannot notice them now. Lance Groff answered all the questions I had and was very helpful. I recommend this dealership. More

Brought in my G35 coupe for service. Mike was great about giving me advice about what should be done vs what could wait. He kept in contact with me throughout the time my car was being serviced (they about giving me advice about what should be done vs what could wait. He kept in contact with me throughout the time my car was being serviced (they had it for a few days). He set me up with a great loaner vehicle. Overall no issues with service and the dealership. I dealt with Tony when I forgot to submit my rewards card for a discount on the service. He was nice enough to credit my account and refund the discount I was supposed to get, even though I know it caused some accounting headaches. Out of all the dealerships I have been to (6 of them in many different cities over the years) Inifiniti of Clarendon Hills is my favorite! More

This was our second service visit to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and the experience was the same; excellent. They got us in immediately for proactive service, gave us the keys to a new loaner, got Clarendon Hills and the experience was the same; excellent. They got us in immediately for proactive service, gave us the keys to a new loaner, got all the items we requested completely done and did all for a fair price. Tony, their service manager, is a great guy and kept in touch from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
