Been waiting since my 12:30 appointment time for a simple 15,000 mile service. It is now 2 hours and 10 minutes later and still not ready. When I checked at 2:00 they had not begun to work on my car(!) Goi 15,000 mile service. It is now 2 hours and 10 minutes later and still not ready. When I checked at 2:00 they had not begun to work on my car(!) Going downhill?? Not the excellent service I’ve had in the past; far from it!! More
