My Outstanding Buying Experience at Classic I am writing this review because of the outstanding sales experience at Classic Buick, Cadillac and GMC. My salesperson was Joey Abdullah, who was an I am writing this review because of the outstanding sales experience at Classic Buick, Cadillac and GMC. My salesperson was Joey Abdullah, who was an excellent host and resource on every aspect of the Cadillac XTS that I liked. He even provided war eagle orange and blue balloons the day I came in to pick up the car. Other members of the team that assisted him included: Justin Chretien, Andrew Harper, Tony Burkhalter (in the service department), Alison Taylor and Monte Burney. This was my sixth Cadillac purchase but far and away the most thorough, and enjoyable car buying experience ever. I shall certainly come back to Classic and would highly recommend Classic to anyone interested in a superfine car deal. More

took truck in for service and was thinking about trading it in on a newer model as usual the service department was great ! My wife however wondered over to the car lot and started looking at cars and truck it in on a newer model as usual the service department was great ! My wife however wondered over to the car lot and started looking at cars and trucks she had no Idea that I was actually thinking of trading my truck in , she was approached by a very courteous sales rep as I approached shortly there after not knowing she was looking for me a newer car so ofcourse I looked around and found something I wanted but just not what I really wanted was about to leave and the gentleman said I think I found what you wanted in the same color and the package I wanted so happy I am. More

I had recently purchased a Cadillac. One Saturday afternoon getting ready to leave for an appointment, the car would not start. Well, I couldn't image what the problem was , this was a new car 5 mos afternoon getting ready to leave for an appointment, the car would not start. Well, I couldn't image what the problem was , this was a new car 5 mos old. I called the Cadillac dealership in a frenzy.It was somewhat after hours late afternoon,some one did answer was very friendly told me to call my roadside service. I did ,but because it was a Saturday it would need special care in towing my vehicle to dealership. I live way far in the country During this time however while I was dealing with the towing company Tony was calling back, he asked a couple question about the problem with the car. He seemed to know right away what was wrong. He told me he would be at my house the next morning.As he promised he was. It was a stormy Sunday morning. I gave him directions( I don't think GPS knows where I live). He arrived , worked on the car in the rain. And got my car back in service. I think Tony(service ) went above and beyond . My husband and I were very pleased with the service Alison Taylor gave us. We were not shopping for an expensive car, but we were treated as if we were buying a new, top of the line model. There was no Alison Taylor gave us. We were not shopping for an expensive car, but we were treated as if we were buying a new, top of the line model. There was no surprise to the "walk out the door" price we had agreed on. In fact, we were given more than we thought we were going to get (detailing, new rear brakes and tires) The test drive was great. Alison was informative, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were given time to consider our decision without pressure from anyone. Once we decided to buy, Tony walked us through the process. A few days afterwards, Alison called to make sure we were still pleased with the car. Our daughter loves her "new" used car and we appreciate the great service. The next time we buy a car, we will check with Alison Taylor at Classic Buick first. Thank you, Alison!! More
