Excellent Customer Service Tony provided professional customer service. He went above and beyond to find the proper lift for my 2500 series truck…ensuring they put the truck on Tony provided professional customer service. Great experience. I bought my Cadillac to the service department. I did not anticipate purchasing a car, but my fiance e and I looked at cars and I purchased a Cadillac I bought my Cadillac to the service department. I did not anticipate purchasing a car, but my fiance e and I looked at cars and I purchased a Cadillac for her. Elmorio is excellent, polite and well versed. Everyone was helpful. I highly recommend this dealership for level of professionalism, politeness, and proficiency. More

Shopping Was Easy I truly had a pleasant shopping experience. Service that my car has received. I have been dealing with this dealership for about 2 years. Tony in the Service Dept. is very professional and puts the customer first. On my last vis I have been dealing with this dealership for about 2 years. Tony in the Service Dept. is very professional and puts the customer first. On my last visit to the dealership to have my vehicle serviced, I ask Tony if his service team would mine working on a car that had a lot of road grime on it. When the service had been completed, my car had also been taken thru a car wash and it looked brand new. Thanks to Tony and his service team for doing a GREAT job. More

I contribute my excellent service to Tony Burkhalter, my service advisor. He is a very hard working and dedicated employee and a pleasure to work with when I need service to my car. Tony is always there when you need him and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. You are very fortunate to have an employee such as Tony. Staff was great and very accomodating. Tony was great at giving me updates as to how their progress was, he had a dent taken out while it was there and they gave me a loaner car!!! Reconciled from previous visit. Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and check Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and checked on my vehicle and the person at that time said that I was not even on a repair techs list. I left very unsatisfied. This time I had a 9 am appointment and Tony said it would probably take a couple of hours. I explained my previous experience and he said he would see what he could do. This time I was out of there in 1 hour flat! No complaints this time. Thanks Tony for the effort and the care. More

good job I was seen promptly and all work was done in a timely manner. I can take my car in on a Saturday which is very convenient. I also enjoy the coffee!! Customer service/3259 Tony is always very pleasant. He is always here on a Saturday which is the only time I can bring my car in for service. Tony has been with me the whol Tony is always very pleasant. He is always here on a Saturday which is the only time I can bring my car in for service. Tony has been with me the whole 50,000 miles. I Rate Tony's customer service at 110 percent. I will continue to bring my car to Classic because of the 5 star treatment I receive upon arrival. More
