Excellent Sales Force Tony Daniels is an excellent salesman. I just bought my second new vehicle in three months from David Stanley largely because of him. And, the fact th Tony Daniels is an excellent salesman. I just bought my second new vehicle in three months from David Stanley largely because of him. And, the fact that he is gracious enough to mentor young Cameron, and give him his first sale is even more impressive. I grew up about one mile from your location. The main reason I came to you is to support my local Southside businesses. In this case I have been rewarded with excellent service, two fine 2020 vehicles, and all done with smiles. Saul is also excellent, but, I have to praise young Cam. He is a future superstar. Extremely impressive for a twenty year old! Good Prices, Communication Issues My most recent visit to this service center was less than ideal. There may have been a management change or process change, because this was the wors My most recent visit to this service center was less than ideal. There may have been a management change or process change, because this was the worst trip yet. Was the service performed correctly? Yes. Was the service timely? No. Not only was I not given an ETA on completion but the entire place was cleared out and I was sitting alone for about an hour. I understand other customers needed service, but it is very unprofessional if I have an appointment, make it, and if my vehicle will not be serviced until much later then tell me. I was under the impression from the get-go that it would be an hour, like normal. Two and a half hours later it is done. I don't mind if it takes time but give me updates. Service has started to go down the drain here. More

Horrible customer service! I have been trying to get the second key fob for my car that I purchased 6 months ago. I have been getting the run around every time I call. This company is horrible wheb it comes second key fob for my car that I purchased 6 months ago. I have been getting the run around every time I call. This company is horrible wheb it comes to service after the sale. I have been told that none of the sales staff that I dealt with is there. This tells me a lot about this company when customer and employee retention is not a priority. I will uodate this review WHEN they resolve this issue. More
