I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I bought a car that my sales rep carlos never thoroughly checked and had to come out of pocket 2000 on top of my down payment for the car less than a week of a car that my sales rep carlos never thoroughly checked and had to come out of pocket 2000 on top of my down payment for the car less than a week of purchase, the speakers weren’t working and there was issues with the steering wheel. They don’t know what they are doing, they are not taking ownership of there wrong doings they will leave you on read when you call them out on there misfortunes. I’m utterly disappointed, dissatisfied, and irritated. If anyone is reading this don’t waste your time and go somewhere else to purchase a car. More

(Francisco Alvarado was very unprofessional) I have had such a bad experience with their car service. I had to come in twice the same day. They did a regular point expection on my car but technician had such a bad experience with their car service. I had to come in twice the same day. They did a regular point expection on my car but technician gave me back car with the car engine light indicator on without resolving it. So I come in again afternoon, because i wanted to eat for lunch, and it took them to take 4 hours for them to resolve an evap code. Im theorizing they wanted several technicians to work on my car so they could take credit. Yeah I understand its free but this stupid. If you decide to take a continuing maintenance plan with them be warned. More
