In response to the lies, what is your excuse for claiming to buy back vehicle for $7k less then purchase but nobody calling with information regarding this resolution? We have called Liccardi numerous times and when didn't receive voicemail the person would stall by claiming they need to talk to someone else or someone is working on getting the paperwork together, someone "will call you back" but never received a call regarding resolution. Kelvin Pena was extraordinary sales rep as was every team member i interacted with. I purchased an 11 year old pre-owned vehicle and and I never felt for a moment that I wasn't treated as anything but a high member i interacted with. I purchased an 11 year old pre-owned vehicle and and I never felt for a moment that I wasn't treated as anything but a highly valued client. It didn't matter if my car was 20k or a new 70k vehicle. These people worked hard for my business and exceeded my expectations. I work at a different brand dealer for 14 years, they are my "family" Liccardi treated me as I would expect to be treated had I been buying from my own dealer. That is my highest possible rating. Jeff Fraley, from the internet to meeting in the dealership was completely fair, honest, transparent, and did everything he could to make the sale we needed. They allowed us to drive an hour to have our personal mechanic xx it. No hidden fees and no surprises. From beginning to end- the process was as comfortable as it could be for buying a vehicle. Our previous car was totaled a week before we went to the dealership - as we had seen a very suitable and beautiful car on the internet. Jeff KNEW we were against the wall and had to purchase a vehicle from someone. He had the upper hand - no doubt at all; but still did not abuse that privilege. There was a scratch on the car and he bought us the exact paint pen to fix it up. They also bought us new, weather tech floor mats as a gift of purchase. Who does that anymore? We also had cash to put down and he didn’t want to even take it all - as he said 1/5 of what I had was enough - but he listened to me and took what we wanted to put down. They had other ppl interested in this vehicle - and could have easily sold it before we returned with the balance- as the weekend was coming near. We will definitely work with Jeff and his team again - as it truly seemed like family. I felt like I had a guardian angels. More
