I've been taking my car to the Purvis Ford dealership for nearly 15 years, and over the past few years, they have become increasingly unprofessional. This time they kept my SUV for nearly 3 weeks. When my nearly 15 years, and over the past few years, they have become increasingly unprofessional. This time they kept my SUV for nearly 3 weeks. When my husband dropped it off he was told Tony would call us to let us know what needs to be done. Once we were told what had to be done Tony was to call us with updates because the part had to be ordered, ok sure. Well, Tony never called once, we had to call and ask for the status every other day. Three weeks later, on 2 Sept we called to see if my SUV was ready, Tonly calls back at closing and says, "oh yeah your car is ready," when we asked why no one called us and let us know it was ready to be picked up early Thursday, Tony replies, "oh we were busy," Busy!!!!!? That irresponsible, unprofessional jerk, did not have the courtesy to call us even once, to tell us the status of my car. Not only that, if you're going to have a customer's vehicle for a week or longer, and you know this, give them a loner vehicle you jerk. I'm reading all these great reviews, and all I can say is you must not be a minority. More

Percell Draper was the salesman who listened to our needs for a flat towable vehicle and did research until he found the right one. I even tried to convince him that a different one would do, but he persist for a flat towable vehicle and did research until he found the right one. I even tried to convince him that a different one would do, but he persisted with his research, checking with the Ford Factory, the maintenance department and internet, and then he rechecked. We are happy to say he found us the 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid that can be flat towed behind our RV. Thank you Percell. And thank you Purvis Maintenance Department. More
