Service to my vehicle was provided efficiently and well. Dealer has a fairly short limit on distance to provide rides. This is a significant inconvenience in a spread out area. Visit was to address a recall (seat belt). Reserved a date and dropped the vehicle off the day prior. Worked with our Service Rep, Rosie. Called the next day late afternoon and found out they Reserved a date and dropped the vehicle off the day prior. Worked with our Service Rep, Rosie. Called the next day late afternoon and found out they had not status. Received a return call/update shortly after and was told "Rosie was off today and she never entered it into the system when it was brought in. Had to wait until the next day for pick-up. I commend Tony for rectifying this situation best he could. Imagine if every customer rep cost a client and extra day due to these type oversights. Next time I need service, I will ensure Rosie is NOT involved. Other than the vehicle repair went fine. More

Took my car in for the Works. Was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped wh rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped while trying to remove it. I then was able to just remove it when a pair of needle nose pliers. It's a little strange, to say the least... Sincerely. More

The guy that helped us set up the appointment and then took the car and was the same one when we picked up was extremely helpful and friendly. He usually works sales and is a mechanic.
