Going in I knew exactly what car I wanted, the price I expected to pay, the real value of my trade-in, the cash I had available to put down, and current financing terms available based on my credit score. I initially contacted Tony via email to confirm pricing and with his confirmation we scheduled a time to meet at the dealership. Together, we checked off each bullet point one by one, and I drove away in my new Mazda about an hour later. Tony was very easy to work with and seemed to appreciate that I knew what I wanted, saving time for both of us. More
