Also the mailing gave four examples of the cost to buy four different Subaru models all very attractive deals. However in talking to Mr Tong. he stated that no new Subaru Foresters were available for purchase ( in the GL on line inventory there was a 2023 Forester listed for around $45,000 (with leather seating) which was the vehicle of primary interest.) Again. this was not available for some reason.Mr. Tong then stated that a Toyota Highlander with Leather. was available and would we be interested if the price was right? We ended up buying this vehicle as our previous Toyota experience was always excellent. The Finance Guy then proceeded to tack on a protection package costing in excess of. $4,000 without explaining what all was to be covered, but having already spent Four hours at the dealershjp we were ready to be done with this experience. ( When the vehicle was picked up we were told that this protection plan could be cancelled if necessary) The bottom line is we feel that the Highlander is a great vehicle it was larger and less fuel efficient than the desired Forester. or Rav4 and that the mailing was Fraudulent in stating the Trade in value and availability of new Subarus. More

Kyle was an excellent salesperson! Since we were driving from Indiana to Findlay, Kyle answered a slew of questions before we drove there. Once there, he was patient and helpful.
