The application process was complete within 10 minutes over the phone with Tonya. We quickly received a call saying we were approved and the process was done if we decided we wanted the car the next day. Tonya stayed in contact to confirm delivery/meeting and responded quickly to my questions. The next day, employees drove the car 2 hours to meet us and let us drive it. If we didn’t want the car, no big deal, they would drive it back and tear up the paperwork. We loved the car! It was clean and everything we had been told over the phone and in pictures was accurate! Very honest and accommodating dealership to work with. Zero pressure! We will definitely buy from Shaffer Chevrolet again! More
