My experience at Walker Ford exceeded any and all expectations that I had about buying a new car. Tracy was quite friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about cars. She spent hours with me mak expectations that I had about buying a new car. Tracy was quite friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about cars. She spent hours with me making sure that I was not rushed in making my decision on which car that was right for me. I will make it a point to recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car as she was genuinely a sweet person. Denise was very nice and helped me arrange to have my windows tinted at a time that was most convenient for me and not necessarily for them. Brett handled my financing and did so in a very professional manner. He offered me several options and helped me to understand those options. I am so very glad that I went to Walker Ford for my new Ford Fusion. I just love it! Everyone there was friendly and I drove away feeling like I had become a part of the Walker Ford Family. I would of loved to have met Mr. Walker just to let him know how his employees had made me feel. I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was so good. I will never buy a car anywhere else other than from Tracy at Walker Ford. Great people selling a great product. Walker Ford is the BEST. More

My overall experience with Walker Ford was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Tracy Affrunti helped me with anything and everything when I went there. A friend recommended me to Walker Ford. I took a chance and drove over an hour to the Walker Ford. It was well worth the trip. Tracy was great and we first talked on the phone about what I was looking for and drove over an hour to the Walker Ford. It was well worth the trip. Tracy was great and we first talked on the phone about what I was looking for. She gave me a few suggestions and e-mailed me pictures and information. After I narrowed down my choice I decided to go to the dealership to look at the vehicle in person. Tracy was off but came in for me anyway and was extremly nice and very knowledgeable. No games, no 12 hour day to get the vehicle I wanted. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and I decided to finance with Ford and took application home. Filled it out at home, scanned it and e-mailed it to Tracy. When the app was approved and all numbers were agreed upon (all through e-mail) I picked a time I could go up there. When I got there my vehicle was cleaned and gased and waiting for me. I was there maybe an hour just to sign the papers and go over a few details about the vehicle. Mickey took care of me in Finance and was very nice and helpful. Even when I went in and walked up to the front desk asking for Tracy, the receptionist greeted me and was very pleasant and helpful. I bought the vehicle for my son and it was a surprise for him. So, Tracy took extra time after he got the vehicle to talk with him over the phone and walk him through the options on the vehicle. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. I would strongly recommend Walker Ford and Tracy Affrunti to anyone!!!! More
