My wife and I had a great experience purchasing/leasing our first new vehicle. Tracy was very helpful and extremely patience with my wife. The Explorer is awesome and the features are great but you really our first new vehicle. Tracy was very helpful and extremely patience with my wife. The Explorer is awesome and the features are great but you really do need some time to learn to operate all of the gadgets and gizmos. Tracy really knew her stuff and walked us through everything which really helped with the learning curve. I would definitely recommend Walker as the dealership to go to when buying a new vehicle because of the excellent treatment we received. I was also happy that we could buy American and still get a stylish and high tech product. I was watching one of the new Bond movies that featured many Ford products including the Edge and I think that as long as you guys keep turning out these cool products your market share will only increase. I first met with Jason and it was great experience on how he handled buying my sisters vehicle back as she passed away. Jason was very understanding and took the used car salesman out of my mind! I eventuall he handled buying my sisters vehicle back as she passed away. Jason was very understanding and took the used car salesman out of my mind! I eventually was looking for a truck and Jason was excellent in respecting my decision on buying a new more fuel efficient truck. He introduced me to Tracy and I was able to walk in, pick out the truck and agree on price within an hour. I have dealt with dealers like Lokey Nissan and Countryside Ford. Wow these dealerships drain your energy. Walker ford puts all of them to shame. I could not say enough nice things about walker ford and there team. My company is growing and I will now be a loyal customer of new and used in the future. More

The entire buying experience with Tracy and crew at Walker was the BEST! I was about to buy a Toyota truck and am so happy with my new F-150. It is the 1st American vehicle I have bought and boy am I Walker was the BEST! I was about to buy a Toyota truck and am so happy with my new F-150. It is the 1st American vehicle I have bought and boy am I glad I did. I love the truck and all the compliments I am getting. I Had a recent hardship and was not sure what I would qualify for. Tracy workrd the numbers and with my Loyalty (6th car from Walker leased) I was able to get into an affordable payment and an Escape sim qualify for. I am always treated well at Walker Ford and Tracy does a pheonminal job of getting me what I want and quickly. We were done with the paper and the truck was ready go in less then an hour.
