I purchased a vehicle on 6/12/2022, the very next day the check engine light comes on so I contacted them. They told me to go to a dealership closer to me to get repairs done. Well I did but repairs cannot g check engine light comes on so I contacted them. They told me to go to a dealership closer to me to get repairs done. Well I did but repairs cannot get done unless Westgate Raleigh authorizes the repairs. I have called and sent messages several times with no luck. Burgaw has called and also no luck with getting authorization. They are quick to sell you a car but cannot have the same speed to fix a vehicle they sold with mechanical issues. More

I SPECIFICALLY gave the salesman on the phone the star because I cannot give NO STARS and post a review. Worst bait-and-switch experience of my life! I SPECIFICALLY gave the salesman on the phone the car I was looking at (VIN and everything), CLARIFIED we were talking about the same car, worked out a deal with the salesman over the phone and the internet, then went to go sign papers at the dealership which was over an hour away from my house. I had to take time from work to do this. The salesman KNEW which car I was buying because he talked about the SPECIFIC car WITH me on the phone before I drove all the way over. But as soon as I got there, the salesman and his manager tried to sell me a DIFFERENT car, and THIS car had mechanical problems. My loan was already secured, and the car they TRIED to sell me could not even be financed by my bank due to its age! When I told the sales manger, Travis, they needed to make the deal right and sell me the car they promised, Travis said, "I'm not GIVING you any money! I don't HAVE to do that!" I then asked to speak with Travis' manager, but Travis refused to give me his manager's name and would not allow me to speak with anyone other than him. Well, this dealership has earned a complaint from me to both the Attorney General's Office AND the Better Business Bureau! I guess Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge does not know "Bait and Switch" is illegal. More

Bad business! Bought a suv in October! My motor went out on it 2 weeks ago. They told me all they could do was trade me for another vehicle with that being said I Bought a suv in October! My motor went out on it 2 weeks ago. They told me all they could do was trade me for another vehicle with that being said I would have to go through the whole credit process and down-payment again! They never disclosed to me that a transmission had put in my car or that it was a recall on my engine or other parts in the vehicle! Look through the cars before buying alot of high mileages with high prices to go along with them. Beware! More

Great experience working with Mike Wing I flew in from Kansas City and needed to find a Jeep for my son who had totaled his truck. Met with Mike Wing who showed me the cars and the next day I flew in from Kansas City and needed to find a Jeep for my son who had totaled his truck. Met with Mike Wing who showed me the cars and the next day my son was driving away in a 2016 used Jeep Wrangler. The vehicle was in excellent condition and we could not be happier with the experience. Mike was in constant communication with us from my visit on Friday till the purchase on Saturday afternoon.
