I just had my car serviced at Groove Subaru. Trent was my assigned service rep. I dropped my car off on 1:30 pm on Friday and was not contacted once by Trent. I had to call many times to try to Trent was my assigned service rep. I dropped my car off on 1:30 pm on Friday and was not contacted once by Trent. I had to call many times to try to get an update on my car and finally drove to the dealership on Saturday to speak to them in person. I was never informed on Monday about the service provided for my car and was available for pick up. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I even talk to the Service manager and he said that Trent had contacted me which was obvious a lie or he called a wrong number. I do not recommend Trent for a service rep or Groove Subaru service department. More

These ladies single handedly turned the worst week ever into something positive. Hayley and tiannah are two of the sweetest beings alive. They will help you out in anyway they can. I cannot recommend this place enough… They are literally the best. More
