Not your typical Dealer I arrived at Northside Ford expecting the usual pushy salesman to try and sell me a car that was way out of my price range. However, Ramiro was the complete opposite of my expectations. As a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions, and he was able to answer them honestly, and was extremely patient with my lack of "car knowledge". After giving him a list of everything I wanted in a car, I ended up leaving with the perfect car for me at a very affordable price. I also had the pleasure of having Trey as my finance guy. He was so helpful and never tried to sell me more warranty than I needed. All in all everything was exceptional. I would recommend checking out this dealership and asking for Ramiro! More

Terrible place to buy a vehicle Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership to deal with. Everyone you deal with from sales, to finance and right into upper management is about as sleazy as they Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership to deal with. Everyone you deal with from sales, to finance and right into upper management is about as sleazy as they come. Typical lying, used care salesman types. No honesty at this dealership and no service after the sale, either. We're currently battling with them to get our copies of our deal paperwork back. We finalized everything over the mail and they won't even send us back our copies of the paperwork. Avoid at all costs... these guys really are horrible. More

Freindly, Terrific Customer Service I was looking at a specific truck I had seen in their website. Gave it a like and immediately I got an email asking when I'd go to see it. I responded I was looking at a specific truck I had seen in their website. Gave it a like and immediately I got an email asking when I'd go to see it. I responded saying I'd go on a weekend gave Kenny Love the hour I'd be there and sure enough as I pulled into the lot he was waiting for me to show the truck, did the test run and settled with the pricing. He offered us pizza and drinks. All went smooth then sent us to finance with Trey Engle and explained all the paperwork to a tee. Great experience, when we left with the truck there was a smudge of a fingerprint on the screen and Kenny imidiately called it and cleaned it himself. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

amazing great people I had a great time at the dealer. I was greeted at the door by a sales man. He asked me what I was I looking for and than showed me some cars. He wasn't pushy by any means he showed me what I wanted and than a couple other ideas. After the test drive we came in and sat down and crunched some numbers, while we did hat he still was pushy he was very relaxed and calm. Best Dealership In San Antonio As far as dealerships go, we feel that Northside is the best here in San Antonio. We did have some dealings with other dealerships in our area here an As far as dealerships go, we feel that Northside is the best here in San Antonio. We did have some dealings with other dealerships in our area here and most were just flat out not worth even a poor rating. However dealing with Northside was a good experience As most people we would rather have a root canal than have to go through the dealership experience and deal with the vultures that wait for you as you drive in the lot. It wasnt quite that way at Northside. We were met after pulling in by a salesman, when we gave him a salesmans name that we had been in contact with, he took us right inside and to the man we were to see. We knew exactly what we wanted and we knew what we were willing to pay. We layed it all out to him and he had something close to our needs and wants. After the test drive, he was clear that if it wasnt what we exactly wanted we could shake hands and part as friends at anytime. We were also given the option to order the exact vehicle we wanted. We were prepared to do just that. But the one we drove was close enough to what we would have ordered and the things that werent on it that we did want were also added to the paperwork and they ensured us that everything would be taken care of in only a couple days. They were true to their word. We got what we wanted and paid what we were prepared to pay. The other people that worked there were conscious to our needs and were also willing to do what it takes to make us happy. While they had to do the work on our new truck to add the things it didnt have that we wanted we were told it would take about 3 days. They gave us a loaner. I was ready to have some old beat up trade in. Nope...... They gave me a brand new pickup to drive while they were working on mine. We dealt with New car sales, the accessories department manager and the service department manager. ALL of them were very nice and accommodating. Its not just the deal we got Nor just the people we dealt with. It was everything together that made our experience a good one. We will definitely go there again when the time comes to purchase something else. We will also HIGHLY recommend the dealership (Northside Ford) to any and all who may be looking to buy a vehicle of any type, Car or Truck. New or Used......... They are very good people to deal with. More
